USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: After shampooing the hair with Wella Professionals Brilliance Shampoo or SP Color Save Shampoo, apply Magma Post Treatment Conditioner evenly to damp hair. Leave in for a minimum of 5 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly.

We ship your boxes daily and we personally drop them off at USPS offices. USPS sometimes takes a few days to update tracking information on their system, sometimes even when a package gets to the destination city. Usual delivery times for USPS is 3 to 8 business days. Please be patient while they deliver your package. If you haven’t received your package in 9 business days since placing your order, please contact us.
We only ship Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Note: Priority Mail by USPS is the normal mail. It’s not expedited.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will accept merchandise for return and/or exchanges only within 30 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in original condition along with original materials, accessories, and packaging. Additional fees may apply if shipments are returned damaged or without original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred for any returns and/or exchanges. Any returns/exchanges without prior authorization will not be accepted. All returns/exchanges may be subject to inspection before approval.
Once returns are received and processed, refunds will be issue to the original form of payment. Credit Card refunds within 5 business days after receipt.
Exclusions on Returns and Cancellations
SH Salons will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any opened Clippers, Trimmers, Combs, Hair Accessories, Makeup, Brushes, Shears, Blade, Gel/Nail Polishes and Furniture that have already been installed or connected for plumbing. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are invalid without prior authorization. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customized and/or special orders.
