How to use: After prepping nails, apply one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat. Apply two thin coats of color to each nail, ensuring you brush some polish on the free edge to prevent chipping. Top it off with OPI Top Coat. Don't forget to cap that free edge! In a rush? We recommend DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops to speed up dry time.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
Opened or used items are non-returnable.
Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines

FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
