MODA CHERRY CONDITIONER leaves hair radiant, vibrant, soft, and shiny. This conditioner is PH balanced for all hair types and leaves the hair soft for the entire day. It detangles and conditions, adding volume and luster to the hair.

DIRECTIONS: After shampooing with MODA SHAMPOO, apply MODA CONDITIONER to the hair. Leave it on for two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Opened or used items are non-returnable.
  • Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
  • To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
  • If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
