Use & Care Notes
- Add an appropriate amount of water to the tank before switching on to avoid running the pump dry.
- Do not use water hotter than 122°F (50°C). If the unit overheats, turn it off and allow it to cool before restarting.
- Rinse internal lines with clean water after daily use to help prevent blockages.
- Do not leave the pump idling without water. Keep hoses unbent and unblocked during operation.
- When using treatment solutions, pre-filter to avoid debris entering the lines.

Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
