INSTRUCTION

Keep ice globes in the fridge at 32-40°F(0-4 degree Celsius) for 20 minutes or use the basin to put some ice water, then put the ice globes in the water before use.
- Better use with some serum, cream, essential oils and facial mask.

How to use
Step 1: Clean your face with your favourite facial wash and pat dry.
Step 2: Apply a facial serum, oil or you can use over a facial sheet mask.
Step 3: Use one globe on each side of your face. Apply the bulbous part of the globes onto the skin or over a facial sheet mask. Start in the centre of the face and slowly glide the globes outward and upward.
Repeat 3-4 times in each facial area. It is normal for the skin to be slightly reddened after each use
Step 4: Remove mask or any facial residue and enjoy glowing, youthful, looking Skin.
The liquid inside the globe is non toxic.In case the globes get damaged, the liquid is not harmful to the skin.

Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
