Important Information

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.
• If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to process a claim.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window

• Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
• A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Opened or used items are non-returnable.
• Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

• Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

• All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
• To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.

Return Shipping Guidelines

• FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
• If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.

Freight Shipments

Because Salon & Spa Wholesaler has a dedicated team who assembles furniture and equipment before shipment, all furniture, large orders, and oversized items will ship via freight using one of our trusted shipping partners. 

All freight is delivered curbside, with a signature being required. Be sure to inspect your delivery for any damages prior to signing for receipt. 

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee from the carrier. Please check tracking information for an estimated delivery time prior to delivery. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. Standard delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. During seasonal promotions and holidays, shipping may be delayed due to the heavy volume of shipments. During these periods, orders will ship on a "first come, first serve" basis. Also, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the time of your purchase. Salon and Spa Wholesaler cannot guarantee the option of reconsignment (change of address once an order has left our facility) on freight shipments, however we will try our best to help with any changes at the time of shipment with a fee added by the freight company.
