Directions:
Macvoil Anti-Aging Shampoo: Wet. Lather. Repeat if necessary.
Macvoil Anti-Aging Conditioner: After shampooing, use a small amount of conditioner throughout your hair, wait for 30 to 60 seconds then rinse thoroughly.
MacVoil Moroccan Re-Conditioner Oil: You can use the oil on booth wet or dry hair. After shampooing and conditioning, apply product from roots to ends on wet hair or apply a small amount to dry hair and style. Great for skin, scalp, nails and cuticles. Caution: For external use only.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
