- Customers may return or exchangeΒ unopenedΒ merchandise withinΒ 30 daysΒ from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- ItemsΒ must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returnedΒ for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be usedΒ for return shipments.Β USPS is NOT accepted.
