HOW TO USE
Always start from the lowest heat setting and increase the heat as needed for your hair type and texture. Lower heat settings are recommended for fine or damaged hair. Higher heat settings are recommended for difficult to manage/thick hair.
Straighten Hair: Taking ¼" sections, place the combed section of hair between the iron plates. Lightly close the flat iron. Moving away from the scalp, pull the iron away from the head at a consistent speed.
Loose Curls: Place the combed section of hair between the iron plates. Close the iron lightly, then wind the hair around plates. Pull the iron away from the scalp and let the hair slide through the plates. Always keep the iron moving. Do not hold the iron in a stationary position, otherwise damage can be done to the hair.
Flip Out/Flip Under: Place the combed section of hair between the iron plates. Close the iron with a light grip. Pull the iron away from the scalp and let the hair slide through the plates while slightly flipping out hair in small sections. Always keep the iron moving. Do not hold the iron in a stationary position, otherwise damage can be done to the hair.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
