Zotos QUANTUM Firm Options alkaline perm gives you the flexibility of wrapping with water, lotion or both to create firm, resilient curls with noticeable movement. Quantum perms are formulated with Equalizer conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curl formation. Our advanced conditioning neutralizer is infused with Argan Oil from Morocco, to add weightless shine and brilliance for manageable, healthy looking curls. No test curl or dryer heat required.
Quantum Firm Options is ideal for normal, resistant, fine or tinted (up to 20 volume) hair, and hair with varying porosity.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
- To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
