- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Itemsย must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returnedย for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

- All returns must be pre-approved byย Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- Anย RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numberย must be obtainedย before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be usedย for return shipments.ย USPS is NOT accepted.
