Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may return or exchangeĀ unopenedĀ merchandise withinĀ 30 daysĀ from the original purchase date.
- A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- ItemsĀ must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returnedĀ for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
- All returns must be pre-approved byĀ Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
- AnĀ RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numberĀ must be obtainedĀ before returning any items.

Return Shipping Guidelines
- FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be usedĀ for return shipments.Ā USPS is NOT accepted.
- If an item is returned via USPS, itĀ will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
