  • PLEASE NOTE: For Silver, Platinum & Pastel colors, Prior to application, Your hair will require color lifting (lightening of hair) to Level 10+ in order to achieve optimal result. Please check our color chart.

    As well as coloring your hair, Iroiro provides your hair with the nourishment it needs to stay healthy – which is especially important when it comes to coloring your hair – thanks to the natural organic coconut oil in the ingredients, which helps to keep your hair moisturized throughout the coloring process.

    Many vegan products still contain harsh chemicals that can damage your hair. We don’t think that’s right. Here’s a list of harsh chemicals we don’t use in our products:

    • Petrol-based chemicals
    • PEGs
    • Paraben
    • Synthetic preservatives such as Methylisothiazolinone or Methylchloroisothiazolinone
    • Synthetic fragrances
    • Peroxide
    • Ammonia
    • PPD
    • Alcohol

    Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 business hours. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

    Return policy

    Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

    Return & Exchange Window

    • Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
    • A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

    Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
    • Opened or used items are non-returnable.
    • Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

    Return Authorization (RMA Required)

    • All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
    • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
    • To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.

    Return Shipping Guidelines

    • FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
    • If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
