Passport PLEX 1 is an easy-to-use Regenerating Fluid which is added right into your color and/or lightener formulations, with no additional processing time!

 

Directions

Passport 1

1. On-Scalp/ Global Lightener Application:

We recommend 3g/ml of Passport 1 for every 10g/ml of Lightener.

For example: 60g/ml (2oz) of lightener would require 18g/ml (.5 oz) of Passport 1

 

2. Balayage and Highlights:

We recommend 3g/ml of Passport 1 for every 10g/ml of lightener.

For example: 60g/ml (2oz) of lightener would require 18g/ml (.5 oz) of Passport 1

 

3. All Hair Color:

We recommend .5g/ml of Passport 1 for every 10g/ml of color.

For example: 30g/ml (1oz) of color would require 1.5g/ml (.5 oz.) of Passport 1

For example: 60g/ml (2oz) of color would require 3g/ml (1 oz) Passport 1.

 

Passport 1 and 2:

4. Bond-Building Reconditioning Treatment:

We recommend combining 10g/ml (.4oz) of Passport 1 with 15g/ml (.5oz) of Passport 2 and then applying it to the hair. Process for 20 minutes without heat and then shampoo/condition like normal.

 

Notes

• For Passport formulation purposes 1g = 1ml

• All measurements are based on color/lightener without developer.

• Passport is compatible with all color lines

• We DO recommend increasing the developer by one level in order to achieve maximum lift.

• Passport 1 and 2 (Demi-Permanent Reconstructing Treatment) can be used on all hair types after every chemical service

Return policy

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Opened or used items are non-returnable.
  • Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
  • To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
  • If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
