Premier Powder Lightener | OYSTER

This innovative, 7 level lightener with anti yellow technology delivers superior consistency and lightening effect. Prolongs the oxidation process more than three times, decreasing damage to the cuticle and increasing lightening power with great conditioning.

USAGE: Mix Oyster dust-free lightening powder with peroxide at the ratio of 1 :2. Mix evenly and apply to hair. Professional hairstylist must observe lightening effect carefully. When desired result is reached, rinse lightener out with lukewarm water. Heat may be applied to speed up processing time.
