Design Freedom Acid Perms are formulated with exclusive Zotosol conditioners which replenish and strengthen the hair for a healthy looking shine, a smooth feel and greater control.

Natural processing creates a softer curl or style support while reducing cuticle swelling for virtually damage-free perming. The neutralizer with grapefruit extract helps lock in curl.

Directions:

  1. Water wrap for delicate hair or for softer, more open curls.
  2. Lotion wrap for thick, resistant hair or for firm, defined curls.
  3. Processing: Room temperature with cap.
  4. No test curl needed.
  5. Best/Recommended for: Firm, Resilient curl on Resistant, Tinted* hair.
  6. Usage Tips: For Professional Use Only.

Return policy

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may return or exchange unopened merchandise within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • A refund or exchange will be processed once the return is approved and received in its original condition.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Opened or used items are non-returnable.
  • Any damage to returned products is the customer's responsibility. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Equipment, furniture and custom orders cannot be returned for any reason. These items are final sale due to customization, special handling, or manufacturer policies.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Salon & Spa Wholesaler.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any items.
  • To request an RMA, please call (713) 532-1111.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • FedEx, UPS, or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used for return shipments. USPS is NOT accepted.
  • If an item is returned via USPS, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. No refunds or compensation will be issued for non-compliance with this policy.
